Settlement Policy: All grain that is delivered will be placed on open storage unless contracted or sold. Delayed Price contracts will expire September 30, 2026. Allow 24 hours for a check to be written.

Corn discounts

Moisture:
Shrink of 1.5% per point over 15.0%
Drying of 5 cents per point over 15.0%   

Luverne location moisture:
No shrink will be taken
Moisture discount of 1 cent per tenth point over 15.0%
Max moisture of 16.5%
Loads above 16.5% moisture subject to rejection    

Test weight:
-2 cents per pound 53.9# to 52.0#
-3 cents per pound 51.9# to 50.0#
-4 cents per pound 49.9# and below
Below subject to rejection.   

Damage:
-2 cents per point from 5.1% to 10%
-4 cents per point 10.1% to 20%
Above subject to rejection.

FM:
-5 cents each 1% from 3.1% to 10%
Above subject to rejection.

Heat, sour, musty, bugs:
-10 cents per bushel

Aflatoxin:
Market scales at delivery

Any grain that has been treated with a seed treatment or unidentified odor or substance will be rejected.

All grain will be priced at the location it was dumped.
